What to know before you go
Middleburg's whole Halloween in one evening: a costume parade through downtown from 5, hot dogs at the community center and the shops handing out candy. It's free, but RSVP so they make enough hot dogs. It's usually done by about 7, while the neighborhoods are still lit.
