Our take
A Halloween party for dogs and the families who bring them. Costumes encouraged, for both.

What to know before you go
Bring the dog in costume, stay for everyone else's dog in costume. It's only an hour, so stack it: come back to the same park for Halloween in the Park at 5:30.
