Loudoun's first bartaco, opened this fall on One Loudoun's newest block. The kids' tray is a quesadilla, corn wheels, a fruit skewer and a taco of their choosing.

A big grassy plaza sits right out front, so kids can run before tacos; it's planned as a winter ice rink.
